加长型股骨近端防旋髓内钉和重建髓内钉内固定术治疗股骨转子下骨折的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析加长型股骨近端防旋髓内钉(和股骨重建髓内钉)内固定术治疗股骨转子下骨折的效果。方法选取2013年12月~2019年4月我院股骨转子下骨折患者17例,给予患者股骨近端防旋髓内钉及(和股骨重建髓内钉)内固定术治疗,观察患者髋关节功能、疼痛情况。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后患者Harris评分高,VAS评分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予股骨转子下骨折患者股骨近端加长型防旋髓内钉内固定术及(和股骨重建髓内钉)治疗,能有效改善患者关节功能,减轻疼痛感,效果较好,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the effect of prolonged proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail(and femoral reconstruction intramedullary nail)in the treatment of femoral subtrochanteric fracture.Methods Seventeen patients with femoral subtrochanteric fracture in our hospital(December 2013 to April 2019)were treated with proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail and(and reconstructed femoral intramedullary nail)internal fixation.The hip function and pain were observed.Results Compared with before treatment,Harris score was higher and VAS score was lower after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of proximal femoral lengthening anti-rotation intramedullary nail and reconstruction intramedullary nail can effectively improve the joint function and relieve pain in patients with subtrochanteric femoral fracture.
