摘  要:目的对杭州市五波人感染H7N9禽流感疫情的流行特征进行分析,为H7N9禽流感的预防控制提供依据。方法收集2013年以来杭州市人感染H7N9禽流感病例的相关资料,利用Excel2007软件对数据进行统计学分析,描述其三间分布、暴露史、聚集性等特征。结果截至2017年6月30日,杭州市共确诊人感染H7N9病例96例,死亡33例,病死率为34.38%。发病集中在冬春季节,90.62%病例有禽类或活禽交易市场暴露史;外环境监测样本阳性率与病例发病时间分布基本一致。五波疫情病例在居住地分布及发病至首诊时间间隔差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五波疫情呈散发态势,外环境监测阳性率与发病趋势基本吻合,应重视农村地区散养活禽暴露情况。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of human infection with influenza A(H7N9)virus in five epidemics in Hangzhou City,so as to provide basis for future prevention and control.Methods Data of cases with H7N9 influenza since 2013 were collected and analyzed.Excel 2007 software was used to perform the analysis.The characteristics of distribution of the disease,exposure history,cluster of the disease were described.Results Up to June 30,2017,a total of 96 confirmed cases,including 33 deaths(34.38%),were reported in Hangzhou City.The peak of the onset was concentrated in winter and spring.And 90.62%of cases had clear live poultry or live poultry market exposure history.External environmental monitoring showed that the sample positive rates were consistent with the distribution of the case onset.The differences of regional distribution,time from illness onset to first seeking healthcare were statistically significant among five epidemics(P<0.05).Conclusion The five epidemics were sporadic.The positive rate of external environmental monitoring was basically consistent with the trend of disease development.We should pay more attention to the exposure of live poultry in rural area.
