摘  要:目的分离临床病原菌进行DNA酶试验,以期了解临床常见菌株中DNA酶的分布,并筛选目前国内外文献未见报道产DNA酶菌种,为该试验在细菌鉴定过程中提供依据。方法收集本院临床微生物实验室阳性标本分离的临床菌株88株和本实验室保藏的标准菌株22株,以金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923为阳性对照菌株,大肠埃希菌ATCC25922为阴性对照进行DNA酶试验。结果临床菌株中,34株DNA酶阳性,共6个种,分别为嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌16株、B群链球菌5株、星座链球菌5株、A群链球菌4株、嗜水气单胞菌3株和麻疹孪生球菌1株。标准菌株中有2株阳性,共2个种,分别是A群链球菌ATCC19615和B群链球菌ATCC12368。结论通过本次调查新发现DNA酶阳性细菌共6个种,其中革兰阳性球菌4个种,革兰阴性杆菌2个种,丰富了对细菌产DNA酶的传统认识,有助于DNA酶试验在微生物鉴定中的应用。Objective To isolate pathogens from clinical samples and to conduct DNA enzyme tests,seeking for DNA enzyme species which have not been reported in the domestic and foreign literature.This paper aims at providing basis for bacterial enzyme DNA test in the process of bacterial identification.Methods A total of 88 clinical strains isolated from clinical microbiology laboratory positive samples and 22 standard strains deposited in our laboratory were collected.Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923 was used as a positive control strain,and Escherichia coli ATCC25922 was used as a negative control for DNA enzyme test.Results Among the clinical strains,34 were positive for DNase in 6 species,including 16 strains of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia,5 strains of Streptococcus group B,5 strains of Streptococcus mutans,4 strains of Streptococcus group A,and 3 strains of Aeromonas hydrophila and 1 strain of measles.Two of the standard strains were positive in two species,including group A Streptococcus ATCC19615 and group B Streptococci ATCC12368.Conclusion A total of 6 DNase一positive bacteria were found in this survey,including 4 species of Gram-positive cocci and 2 species of Gram-negative bacilli,which enriched the traditional understanding of DNase production by bacteria and contributed to the application of DNase test in microbial identification.
