摘  要:目的评价布鲁菌病平板凝集试验(PAT)、虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)、胶体金免疫层析法(GICA)和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)4种血清学检测方法在布鲁菌病检验中的实用性。方法以试管凝集试验(SAT)的检测结果为标准,计算4种检测方法的灵敏度、特异度、总符合率和约登指数。结果 ELISA检出率最高,其次为GICA、RBT和PAT。4种检测方法的灵敏度最高的是GICA,其次为ELISA、PAT、RBT;特异度最高的是PAT,其次为RBT、GICA、ELISA;各检测方法与SAT的符合率最高的是PAT,其次为GICA、RBT、ELISA。结论 GICA方法操作方便、读取结果快速,适合布鲁菌病现场检测工作;PAT方法的特异度较高,误诊概率较小,适合基层筛查工作;RBT方法操作简便、快速、成本低,适合基层大面积检疫和筛查。Objective To evaluate the practicability of 4 serological detection methods including plate agglutination test(PAT),Rose-Bengal plate agglutination test(RBT),gold immune chromatography assay(GICA)and enzyme-linked immune sorbent assay(IgG ELISA)in the test of Brucellosis.Methods The results of standard-tube agglutination test were used as the standard to calculate the sensitivity,specificity,accuracy and Youden index of the four detection methods.Results ELISA had the highest detection rate,followed by GICA,RBT and PAT.The highest sensitivity of the four detection methods was GICA,followed by ELISA,PAT,and RBT;the highest specificity was observed in PAT,followed by RBT,GICA,and ELISA;the highest coincidence rate between each test method and SAT was PAT,followed by GICA,RBT,ELISA.Conclusion The GICA method is easy to operate and has fast reading results.It is suitable for on-site detection of Brucellosis.The PAT method has high specificity and low probability of misdiagnosis.It is suitable for screening at the grassroots level.The RBT method is simple,fast,and low cost,which is suitable for large-scale quarantine and screening at the grassroots level.
