个体化护理在慢性胃溃疡患者中的实践研究

摘　　要：目的探析个体化护理在慢性胃溃疡患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院于2018年1月至2018年12月收治的94例慢性胃溃疡患者,随机分为对照组(n=47)与观察组(n=47),分别实施常规护理和个体化护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度和生活质量。结果护理满意度结果:观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量评分结果:观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性胃溃疡患者在实施个体化护理后,护理满意度明显提升,并改善了患者的生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing in patients with chronic gastric ulcer.Methods 94 patients with chronic gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47).Routine nursing and individualized nursing were carried out respectively.The nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Nursing satisfaction:The observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After individualized nursing for patients with chronic gastric ulcer,nursing satisfaction has been significantly improved,and the quality of life of patients has been improved,which is worthy of promotion.
