白内障超声乳化、白内障囊外摘出术分别联合小梁切除术治疗白内障合并青光眼的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障合并青光眼采用白内障超声乳化、白内障囊外摘出术联合小梁切除术治疗的临床效果。方法选择2016年7月至2018年7月我院白内障合并青光眼患者78例,遵照双盲法分组标准分为研究组、对照组,各39例,分别采取白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术进行治疗、白内障囊外摘出术联合小梁切除术进行治疗,对比两组临床效果和并发症。结果研究组并发症发生率为7.69%,与对照组的33.33%相比优势明显;对照组视力下降率高于研究组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障超声乳化联合小梁切除术应用于白内障合并青光眼患者的治疗中,有显著的临床效果,可降低术后并发症,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification,extracapsular cataract extraction and trabeculectomy for cataract with glaucoma.Methods 78 patients with cataract and glaucoma in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were divided into study group and control group according to the double blind method.39 patients were treated by phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy,and extracapsular cataract extraction combined with trabeculectomy.The clinical effects and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications was 7.69%in the study group and 33.33%in the control group.The visual acuity decline rate in the control group was higher than that in the study group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy in the treatment of cataract with glaucoma has a significant clinical effect,can reduce postoperative complications,it is worth promoting.
