分析PDCA循环对于安装埋藏式起搏器患者门诊护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察对安装埋藏式起搏器患者在门诊护理过程中应用PDCA循环模式的临床效果。方法取我院心内科2017~2019年收治安装埋藏式起搏器门诊随访复查患者400例为分析对象,根据对其门诊护理具体措施差异将其每组200例分为对照组与观察组,对应常规起搏器护理指导、PDCA循环理念护理跟踪指导。比较两种护理模式下对安装埋藏式起搏器患者的效果。结果相对于护理引导前,接受引导后患者心理状态均得到调节,观察组引导后心理状态评估所得数据显著优于对照组(P<0.05);在起搏器功能、心功能还有自主心律方面观察组患者所得数据显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对安装埋藏式起搏器患者应用PDCA循环理念引导门诊护理各项内容对调整其心理状态,最大程度保障起搏器作用等有积极意义,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of PDCA circulation mode in outpatient nursing for patients with implantable pacemaker.Methods Four hundred patients with implantable pacemaker re-checked and repaired in our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were selected as the analysis objects.According to the difference of specific nursing measures,200 patients in each group were divided into control group and observation group,corresponding to routine pacemaker nursing guidance and PDCA cycle concept nursing follow-up guidance.To compare the effect of two nursing modes on patients with implantable pacemaker.Results Compared with before nursing guidance,the psychological state of patients after receiving guidance was adjusted.The data of psychological state assessment in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05);the data of pacemaker function,cardiac function and autonomic rhythm in observation group were significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle concept to guide outpatient nursing for patients with implantable pacemaker has positive significance in adjusting their psychological state and maximizi ng the role of pacemaker,which is worth promoting.
