摘 要:目的在PICC导管置入期间应用改良式固定法,与传统置入法比较相关并发症(包括脱出、移位、静脉炎、血栓等)的发生情况,为选择合适的导管固定法提供依据。方法选取行PICC置管的240例患者作为研究对象,采用美国巴德公司4F规格的PICC导管,其中120例使用传统固定法(A组),另外120例配合“多功能导管固定支架”使用改良式导管固定方法(B组)。比较两组患者在PICC导管置入期间相关并发症的发生情况。结果对各种不同并发症(脱出、移位、静脉炎、血栓)的比较结果具有统计学意义,且B组并发症发生率为20%,远低于A组(70%)。结论在PICC导管置入后采用多功能导管固定支架的改良式固定方法能够有效减少并发症的发生。Objective During PICC catheterization,the modified fixation method was used to compare the occurrence of related complications(including prolapse,displacement,phlebitis,thrombosis,etc.)with the traditional method,so as to provide a basis for the selection of appropriate catheter fixation method.Methods Two hundred and forty patients with PICC catheterization were selected as the study subjects,and PICC catheter with 4F specification of Bard Company was used.Among them,120 cases were treated with traditional fixation method(group A),and another 120 cases were treated with modified catheter fixation method(group B)combined with multi-functional catheter fixator.Comparisons of complications during PICC catheterization between the two groups were compared.Results Comparisons of various complications(prolapse,displacement,phlebitis,thrombosis)were statistically significant,and the incidence of complications in group B was 20%,much lower than that in group A(70%).Conclusion The modified fixation method with multifunctional catheter fixing bracket during PICC catheter implantation can effectively reduce the incidence of complications.
