改良外剥内扎术联合治疗多发性混合痔临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析改良外剥内扎术联合治疗多发性混合痔临床治疗效果。方法选择多发性混合痔患者180例作为研究对象,将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用传统的外剥内扎术进行治疗,而研究组患者则采用改良外剥内扎术联合治疗进行临床治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果研究组患者的肛门疼痛、水肿以及便血等并发症的发生率均要低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床多发性混合痔患者的治疗中,采用改良外剥内扎术联合治疗具有与传统外剥内扎术相近的疗效,但是能够有效降低患者并发症的发生率,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of modified external stripping and internal ligation in the treatment of multiple mixed hemorrhoids.Methods One hundred and eighty patients with multiple mixed hemorrhoids were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with traditional external stripping and internal ligation.The patients in the study group were treated with modified external stripping and internal ligation.Combined treatment for clinical treatment,comparing the efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results The incidence of anal pain,edema,and blood in the stool in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with multiple mixed hemorrhoids,the combination of modified external stripping and internal ligation has similar efficacy to traditional MM,but it can effectively reduc e the incidence of complications.It is worth promoting.
