摘  要:直线型等离子体装置可以获得稳定、长脉冲、多种类的等离子体,具有参数可调、操作简单等特点,适合模拟聚变堆偏滤器区高密度、低温等离子体,是目前研究等离子体与壁相互作用(Plasma wall interaction,PWI)的有效手段。国内外利用各种直线型等离子体装置开展了大量PWI相关研究。本文主要综述了我国直线型等离子体装置的发展及其在PWI领域的研究现状,根据等离子体放电类型对国内的直线型等离子体装置进行了分类介绍,总结了关键参数与研究成果,并对未来直线装置的发展方向提出了展望。Steady-state, long pulse and multi-species plasmas can be obtained in linear plasma facilities, which have simple configuration and flexible operability, are effective tools to study plasma wall interaction(PWI) of high density, low temperature plasma with divertor targets. A lot of researches in various linear plasma devices are performed over the world. In this paper, the development of linear plasma device in China and its research status in the field of PWI are reviewed. According to the plasma discharge type, the linear plasma device in China is introduced and the key parameters and achievements are summarized. Finally, the development direction of PWI facilities in the future is also put forward.
