摘 要:采用机械合金化结合热等静压法制备了14Cr-ODS钢,并在700℃进行最长至5000 h的时效处理。利用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对其显微组织,尤其是时效前后纳米氧化物弥散粒子的特征进行了研究。结果表明:粉末冶金法制备的14Cr-ODS钢具有亚微米细晶组织,晶内弥散分布具有很高数密度的平均尺寸小于10 nm的超细Y2Ti2O7粒子,这种独特的显微组织使得14Cr-ODS钢具有较为优良的拉伸性能;在700℃长期时效后,14Cr-ODS钢的弥散粒子的尺寸、形貌和成分保持稳定,其显微硬度由于应力消除而明显降低,但是拉伸性能没有发生明显变化。14 Cr oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS) ferritic steel(14 Cr-ODS) was prepared by mechanical alloying and hot isostatic pressing, and the aging treatment of the steel was carried out at 700 ℃ for up to 5000 h. The microstructure and the characteristics of nano-oxide dispersed particles before and after aging of the steel were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that the 14 Cr-ODS steel prepared by the mechanical alloying and hot isostatic pressing method has a sub-micron fine grain structure, and a very high density of ultra-fine Y2Ti2O7 particles with an average size of less than 10 nm are distributed in the grain, and the unique microstructure enables the 14 Cr-ODS steel to have excellent tensile properties. After a long-term aging at 700 ℃, the size, shape and composition of the dispersed oxide particles of the 14 Cr-ODS steel are stable, and the microhardness is obviously reduced due to the stress relief, but the tensile properties do not change significantly.
