摘 要:为了探讨栀子黄染料在纯棉针织面料染色及防紫外/抗菌方面的应用,制备不同质量分数的栀子黄染液后,通过直接、后媒法染色阳离子改性棉针织面料,然后评价其染色、防紫外及抗菌性能。结果表明:阳离子改性棉针织面料表现出了较好的染色效果及一定的防紫外/抗菌性能,且染色效果、防紫外及抗菌性随栀子黄质量分数的增大不断增强;硫酸铝钾和硫酸铁作为媒染剂提升了阳离子改性棉针织面料的染色、防紫外和抗菌效果。In order to explore the application of gardenia yellow dye in cotton knitted fabric dyeing and anti-ultraviolet/anti-bacterial,the cationic modified cotton knitted fabric was dyed with different concentrations of gardenia yellow dye by direct dyeing and post-media dyeing,and its dyeing,anti-ultraviolet and anti-bacterial properties were evaluated.The results showed that cationic modified cotton knitted fabric showed good dyeing effect and certain anti-ultraviolet/anti-bacterial ability.The dyeing effect,anti-ultraviolet and antibacterial ability increased with the increase of gardenia yellow concentration.Aluminum potassium sulfate and iron sulfate used as mordant improved the dyeing,anti-ultraviolet and anti-bacterial effects of cationic modified cotton knitted fabrics.
