摘  要:针对革基布生产企业废水污染物质量浓度较高、色度高、可生化性差、水质变化大等特点,简要介绍了湖北某革基布生产企业废水处理工程实例。根据企业生产情况及水质排放特点,确定主体工艺流程及主要建(构)筑物设计参数,通过采用“过滤调节+混凝沉淀+水解酸化+预曝气/好氧+脱色”工艺使出水水质达标。经过实践验证,该套工艺系统运行稳定,出水水质达到GB 8978—1996《污水综合排放标准》的一级标准。Aiming at the characteristics of high concentration,high chroma,poor biodegradability and great changes in water quality of wastewater from leather base fabric production enterprises.The wastewater treatment project of leather base fabric production enterprise in Hubei was briefly introduced.According to the production situation of enterprises and the characteristics of water quality discharge,the main technological process and design parameters of main buildings or constructions were determined,and the effluent quality was up to the standard by adopting the technology of"filtration regulation+coagulation precipitation+hydrolysis acidification+pre-aeration/aerobic+decolorization".Practice proved that the process system ran stably and the effluent quality reached the first-class standard of GB 8978—1996"Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard".
