涤棉氧漂染色一浴剂RY-236的应用与实践

摘　　要：采用涤棉氧漂染色一浴剂RY-236对涤棉(T/C)针织物进行高温氧漂染色一浴加工。实验与生产实践表明,当RY-236用量为1.5 g/L、H2O2用量为3.0 g/L时,处理后T/C针织物的毛效为11.8 cm/30 min,白度为72.7,强力为408 N,均符合染色要求。与传统的二浴工艺相比,RY-236涤棉氧漂染色一浴工艺省水4缸,省时2~3 h,节约了氧漂助剂。Terylene/cotton knitted fabric was treated with one bath process of high temperature oxygen bleaching dyeing with terylene/cotton oxygen bleaching dyeing one bath agent RY-236.Experiments and production practice showed that when the dosage of RY-236 was 1.5 g/L and the dosage of H2O2 was 3.0 g/L,the capillary effect,whiteness and strength of T/C knitted fabric after treatment were 11.8 cm/30 min,72.7 and 408 N,which met the dyeing requirements.Compared with the traditional two bath process,RY-236 terylene/cotton oxygen bleaching dyeing one bath process saved 4 cylinders of water,2~3 h of time and oxygen bleaching auxiliaries.
