摘  要:压密区孔隙结构是影响全尾砂重力浓密底流浓度的关键因素,对其几何特征的定量研究鲜见。借助CT断层扫描与三维重构技术获取孔隙的原位形态与分布,分析孔隙率、Feret直径以及孔隙圆度等关键参数的变化特点,揭示剪切作用对高浓度床层全尾砂孔隙结构的演化规律。结果表明,添加2rpm的剪切作用使尾砂床层的孔隙率下降13.43%,但平均孔隙数量变化不明显;有/无剪切作用下的孔隙在Feret直径0~20μm范围分布较多,达到30.67%和46.07%。剪切作用将孔隙圆度在0.9~1范围降低9.86%,但孔隙延伸度和扁平度的变化不大;孔隙在凹凸度0.45~0.5和0.95~1.0范围降低了14.45%。因此剪切作用可以降低尾砂压缩床层的孔隙率,减少孔隙在0~20μm范围内的数量,但对孔隙平均数量影响不大。剪切作用可以减少孔隙在圆度0.9~1范围的数量,对延伸度和扁平度无明显影响,对凹凸度在0.45~0.5和0.9~1范围的影响较大。The pore structure in the compacted zone is the key factor affecting the underflow concentration of gravity in the full tailings.The quantitative analysis of its geometric characteristics is rare.The in-situ morphology and distribution of pores were obtained by CT tomography and 3 D reconstruction technology.The variation characteristics of key parameters such as porosity,Feret diameter,and pore roundness were analyzed,and the shearing effect on the pore structure of high-concentration bed unclassified-tailings was revealed.The results show that the addition of 2 rpm shear decreases the porosity of the tailings bed by 13.43%,but the average number of pores does not change significantly.The pores with/without shear are distributed in the range of 0-20μm of Feret diameter,occupying 30.67% and 46.07%.The shearing effect reduces the pore roundness by 9.86%in the range of 0.9-1,but the pore elongation and flatness do not change much;the pore number decreases by 14.45%in the range of 0.45-0.5 and 0.95-1.0.Therefore,the shearing effect can reduce the porosity of the tailings compacted bed and decrease the number of pore Feret diameters in the range of 0-20μm,but it has little effect on the average number of pores.Shearing action can reduce the number of pores in the range of 0.9-1 roundness,but there is no obvious effect on the elongation and flatness.The influence of the roughness in the range of 0.45-0.5 and 0.9-1 is large.
