摘  要:活性染料是所有纤维素纤维印染中使用最多的一类染料,产量仅次于分散染料。活性染料染色特征10大参数包括S、E、R、F值,移染指数(MI),匀染因子(LDF),易洗涤因子(WF),提升力指数(BDI),溶解度和无机性值/有机性值(I/O),用好活性染料必须充分了解并熟悉10大参数的内涵和应用。重点阐述I/O的含义并列举多个实例,使读者理解并会运算I/O。在当前染料商品化盛行的时代,研发复配增效染料新品种至关重要,印染企业可以在日常拼混染料时正确、快速地满足来样色泽。Reactive dyes were the most widely used dyes in all cellulose fibers, and their output was second only to that of disperse dyes. Ten parameters of dyeing characteristics of reactive dyes included S、E、R and F values, migration index(MI), levelling dyeing factor(LDF), washable factor(WF), lifting power index(BDI), solubility and inorganic/organic value(I/O). In order to use reactive dyes well, we must fully understand and familiarize ourselves with the connotation and application of the ten parameters. The meaning of I/O was focused on and several examples were listed to make readers understand and calculate I/O. In the current era of commercialization of dyes, it is very important to develop new varieties of dyestuffs with synergistic effect. So that dyestuffs can be blended correctly and quickly to meet sample color daily by dyeing and printing enterprises.
