摘　　要：为了实现外圈零件的批量生产,通过分析冲压件的工艺,最终选定落料→拉伸→冲孔复合冲压,采用复合模的工艺方案,计算了必要的工艺参数,设计了复合模结构.In order to realize the mass production of the outer ring parts,by analyzing the process of the stamping parts,the blanking→drawing→piercing compound stamping was finally selected,and the necessary process parameters were calculated by using the compound die process scheme,and the compound die structure was designed.
