摘  要:对拉索卡座进行了形体分析,其形体上右边存在着3.6mm弧形槽和1mm凹坑“障碍体”,左边存在着2.8mm弧形槽和1mm凸台“障碍体”,前后端拉环存在着1.2×3.9mm的凹坑“障碍体”.为此,对拉索卡座左右方向的弧形槽和凸台与凹坑“障碍体”,注射模采用了斜导柱滑块抽芯机构,实现了对拉索卡座抽芯脱模及复位成型.特别是对前后端拉环凹坑“障碍体”,只能采用斜导柱滑块抽芯机构加以解决.注射模这些方案的采用,确保了拉索卡座大批量高质量顺利成型加工.The shape of the seat is analyzed.There are 3.6mm arc grooves on the right and the"obstacle body"on the right side of the body.There are 2.8mm arc grooves in the left and the"obstacle body"on the left,and the front and back pull ring has a concave"obstacle body"in the front and back end ring.The arc groove,the convex platform and the concave of the left and right direction of the cable card seat are found.The"obstacle body"is used in the injection mold,and the inclined core guide slide block core-pulling mechanism is adopted to realize the corepulling and remolding of the cable clamping seat.Especially for the"obstacle body"of the front and rear pull ring pits,the inclined guide column slide block core-pulling mechanism can only be used to solve the problem.The adoption of these injection moulds ensures that the cable seat block can be processed in large quantities and with high quality.
