摘  要:针对带斜内孔、内侧凹型的塑件,介绍了一种动定模双斜顶结构,分析了该塑件结构和材料特点,壁薄易变形,设计了动模斜顶与顶杆同步顶出的结构,从而避免了塑件变形.介绍了这些结构的组成及其工作过程,分析了模具设计要点.实践证明,该模具结构可靠,可大批量自动生产,对同类型塑件注射模设计有一定的借鉴作用.Aiming at plastic parts with oblique inner hole and inner concave shape,this paper introduces a double inclined top of moving and static mold,and analyzes the structure and material characteristics of the plastic parts,the wall is thin and easy to change,and designs the mechanism of synchronous ejection of inclined roof and ejector of moving mold,so as to avoid deformation of plastic parts.The composition and working process of these mechanisms are introduced,and the key points of mold design are analyzed.Practice has proved that the mold structure is reliable and can be produced automatically in large quantities,which has a certain reference value for the same type of plastic parts mold.
