摘　　要：针对该塑件的结构特点,介绍了动、定模内设置侧向内滑动抽心成型工艺及相对应的模具成型结构.分析了正确选择动、定模间的分型面及浇注系统,并进行了模具成型部分和模具总装结构的设计.This paper introduced the molding process of side inner sliding core-pulling and the corresponding mold molding structure in moving and fixed mold according to the structure characteristic of this mold.This paper also analyzed the correct selection of parting surface and gating system between moving and fixed mold,and designed the molding part and the mold assembly structure.
