摘 要:在有薄壁轴承套类的重要零件组成的焊接件焊模具,因轴承套是薄壁,对轴承套的定位和夹紧结构空间比较小,使其结构设计受到了限制.此外,受到焊缝的位置与分布的影响,轴承套的焊变形比较严重,影响了焊接件的脱模取出和质量.所以在这类焊模具的设计中,轴承套的定位和夹紧以及焊接变形等都是要解决的重要问题.对此,进行了分析、研究,设计了楔式自定心夹紧机构.经实践检验,该夹紧机构效果良好.Welding die for welded parts consisting of important parts of thin-walled bearing sleeves,the structures design of bearing sleeves positioning and clamping is limitsed,because of bearing sleevesare thin-walled,the structural space for it positioning and clamping of is relatively small.In addition,due to the location and distribution of weld seam,the welding deformation of bearing sleeve is serious,which affects the removal of welded parts from the die and the quality of welded parts.So in the design of this kind of welding die,the positioning and clamping of bearing sleeve and welding deformation are important problems to be solved.In this regard,this paper analyzed and studied.The wedge type self-centering clamping mechanism is designed.Practice proves that the effect is good.
