摘  要:基于虚拟制造技术问题跟踪反馈平台是通过虚拟技术手段于加工前进行加工安全模拟检测,同时建立完善异常问题点通报改善及关闭平台,识别加工程序安全隐患和二次放电过切干涉电极,杜绝模具加工设备事故发生及二次加工放电过切干涉质量异常发生,从而提高模具加工质量,保证加工设备安全,降低模具制造返工成本.虚拟制造技术主要研究模具制造过程中的数控加工程序模拟和二次放电加工模拟.The problem tracking and feedback platform based on virtual manufacturing technology is used to simulate and test the machining safety before machining by means of virtual technology.At the same time,the platform for improving and closing the announcement of abnormal problem points is established to identify the hidden dangers of the process safety and the interference electrodes of the secondary discharge over-cutting,so as to prevent the occurrence and secondary addition of the accidents of the die processing equipment.Abnormal interference quality occurs,which improves the quality of die processing,guarantees the safety of processing equipment and reduces the cost of remanufacturing.Virtual manufacturing technology mainly studies the simulation of NC machining program and secondary discharge machining in the process of die manufacturing.
