摘　　要：随着我国医疗技术水平的持续提升,我国在对患者进行手术治疗期间逐渐朝着Tubeless外科快速康复方向发展。Tubeless又被称之为无管化,即绝大多数病人在接受手术治疗期间需要多学科的共同合作,最终达到不需要放置胃管、胸腔引流管和尿管,不仅有利于患者在接受治疗期间提高手术治疗的效果,同时对于帮助患者减少术中出血、缩短手术时间和促进术后恢复也有着极大的帮助。因此为了达到理想的效果,还需要对患者进行围术期间做好护理方面的工作。因此本文主要对Tubeless病人围术期间的护理措施进行了相应的探究,从而为患者身体健康状况的恢复提供更多的帮助。With continuous improvement of medical technology in our country,surgical treatment of patients has been advancing to fast rehabilitation of tubless surgery gradually in our country.Tubeless is also called tubelessness,that is,most patients need multidisciplinary cooperation during course of surgery,and ultimately achieve purpose of not placing gastric tube,thoracic drainage tube and urinary catheter.It is not only conducive to improving effect of surgical treatment during treatment period,but to helping patients reduce intraoperative bleeding and shorten operation time and promote post-operative recovery.Therefore,to achieve ideal effect,it is necessary to do good nursing work during perioperative period for patients.Therefore,the paper mainly explores nursing measures of Tubeless patients during perioperative period,to provide help for recovery of physical health of patients.
