中药柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心律失常106例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究和分析中药柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心律失常的临床价值效果。方法选取在2017年1月至2018年1月在我院就诊的106例心律失常患者,按照随机化原则分为两组,每组53例,常规组采取常规西药治疗,试验组采取在常规组治疗的基础上加上中药柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗,对比两组的治疗有效率、不良反应发生、心功能评分等数据。结果试验组的治疗有效率为93.33%,显著高于常规组(P<0.05);且其心功能评分较高,与常规组患者相比存在显著优势(P<0.05);另外,两组患者不良反应发生率均较低,组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论中药柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤能够显著改善心律失常患者相应临床症状,其治疗效果显著,心功能恢复较好,评分较高,不良反应发生较少,毒副反应可忽略,因此,中药柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心律失常,可广泛应用于临床,也可增加研究内容以便更好的为临床治疗提供实验佐证。Objective to explore and analyze clinical value and effect of bupleurum and dragon bone and oyster shell decoction in treatment of arrhythmia.Methods choose 106 cases arrhythmia patients treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018,divide them into two groups according to randomization principle.53 cases in each group.Routine group was treated with routine western medicine,and experimental group with traditional Chinese medicine bupleurum plus dragon bone and oyster shell decoction on the basis of routine treatment.Compare data of effective rate,occurrence of adverse reactions,cardiac function scores of two groups,etc.Results treatment effective rate of experimental group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than routine group(P<0.05),and cardiac function scores were higher,which had significant advantage compared with routine group(P<0.05).In addition,adverse reactions incidence of two groups was lower,and there was no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion bupleurum and dragon bone and oyster shell decoction can improve corresponding clinical symptoms of arrhythmia patients significantly with remarkable curative effect,better recovery of cardiac function,higher scores,and less adverse reactions incidence,and neglected toxicity and side effects.Therefore,bupleurum and dragon bone and oyster shell decoction can be widely applied in clinical treatment of arrhythmia.Research content can be increased to provide better experimental evidence for clinical treatment.
