摘　　要：目的分析玻璃体腔内注射Lucentis治疗老年黄斑变性患者的护理研究。方法我院从2014年3月至2018年7月共收集了老年黄斑变性的病人300例300眼,护理人员进行手术前的心理疏导以便对病人实施Lucentis治疗。结果我院收集的300例300眼老年黄斑变性病人中,有210眼在末次随访的调查显示其视力有所增加。有40眼在注射了Lucentis后的1小时其眼压增高,测定眼压值为20.1 mmHg至24.6 mmHg范围内,没有再进行任何处理,眼压值处于正常值是在手术之后的1天。对这些病人跟踪随访病情,没有任何并发症出现(如眼内炎)。结论在使用Lucentis治疗老年黄斑变性过程中,采取有效合理的护理对于病人预后是非常重要的,特别是在注射Lucentis治疗前、中、后的护理,疗效显得尤为突出。Objective to analyze and study nursing of intravitreal injection of Lucentis in treatment of elderly macular degeneration.Methods collect 300 eyes of 300 elderly macular degeneration patients in our hospital from March 2014 to July 2018.Carry on psychological counseling before operation by nurses to implement Lucentis treatment.Results among 300 cases elderly macular degeneration in our hospital,the last follow-up survey showed visual acuity of 210 eyes increased.Intraocular pressure of 40 eyes increased 1 hour after Lucentis injection.Measured intraocular pressure ranged from 20.1 mmHg to 24.6 mmHg without any further treatment.1 day after operation,intraocular pressure was normal.Follow-up of these patients showed no complications(such as endophthalmitis).Conclusion during treatment course of eldery macular degeneration with Lucentis,effective and reasonable nursing is important for prognosis of patients,especially before,during and after injection of Lucentis,the curative effect is significant.
