中医临床护理路径在非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨分析中医临床护理路径在非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年10月至2018年11月间我院收治的80例非小细胞肺癌患者,并平均分为对照组与观察组,对照组应用常规护理模式,观察组应用中医临床护理路径,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组治疗依从率、护理满意率明显高于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者FACT-L评分无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后,观察组FACT-L评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医临床护理路径在非小细胞肺癌患者中的应用效果显著,可明显提高护理质量,改善患者生存质量,可在临床进行推广。Objective to explore and analyze application effect of TCM clinical nursing pathway on patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods choose 80 cases non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to November 2018,divide them into control group and observation group in average.Control group was treated with routine nursing mode,while observation group with clinical nursing pathway of traditional Chinese medicine.Compare nursing effects of two groups.Results treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than control group,difference was statistically significant between two groups,(P<0.05).Before nursing,FACT-L scores showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,FACT-L scores of observation group were significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM clinical nursing pathway has significant effect on patients with non-small cell lung cancer,which can enhance nursing quality significantly,improve their life quality,and can be promoted in clinical practice.
