胃癌手术后并发胃肠瘘的护理方法评价

摘　　要：目的研究胃癌手术后并发胃肠瘘的护理效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的胃癌手术后并发胃肠瘘的患者100例,采用随机分配的方法,将其分对照组与观察组,每组患者50例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用优质护理方法,将两组患者胃肠瘘的治愈情况、治愈时间以及对生活的满意度。结果观察组患者的身体机能恢复情况明显高于对照组,且患者护理康复的时间也要比对照组短,患者整体的满意度也比较高(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌手术后并发胃肠瘘患者采用优质护理方法,能够明显的提升患者的治愈效果,并且缩短治愈的时间,有效的提高患者的生活质量,使患者对生活的满意度显著升高,所以,该护理方法值得在临床护理中大面积推广。Objective to study nursing effect of complicated gastrointestinal fistula after gastric cancer operation.Methods choose 100 cases gastrointestinal fistula patients after gastric cancer operation in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018,Divide them into control group and observation group randomly,50 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing methods,while observation group with quality nursing methods.Compare cure situation of gastrointestinal fistula,cure time and satisfaction with life of two groups.Results body function recovery of observation group was significantly higher than control group,nursing and rehabilitation time of observation group was shorter than control group,and overall satisfaction of patients was also higher(P<0.05).Conclusion quality nursing method can improve curative effect of complicated gastrointestinal fistula patients after gastric cancer significantly,shorten healing time significantly,improve their life quality effectively,increase their life satisfaction.Therefore,the nursing method is worthy of promotion in clinical nursing greatly.
