我国“电商换市”的路径选择——基于青岛市的研究

摘　　要：在我国,浙江省最早提出“电商换市”的发展路径,随后,山东、江苏等13个省区也把其作为各地经济发展的新动能。但在具体实施过程中,普遍存在着发展路径不清晰、发展特色不明显、发展措施力度不强、简单盲目追求短平快项目等问题。青岛市传统产业基础扎实,资源质量优良,内生动力强劲,通过AAHP算法定性和定量相结合分析出了自己在电商换市紧紧把握跨境电商,积极突破互联网金融,创新打造旅游电商的发展路径并取得了一定的成绩,作为电商换市的发展样板为其他地区提供了可借鉴、可复制的经验。In China,Zhejiang Province first put forward the development path of"E-commerce Exchange Market",and then 13 provinces and regions,such as Shandong and Jiangsu,took it as the new momentum of local economic development.However,in the specific implementation process,there are many problems,such as unclear development path,unclear development characteristics,weak development measures,simple and blind pursuit of short-term and fast projects.Traditional industry in Qingdao has a solid foundation,excellent resource quality and strong endogenous motive force.Through the qualitative and quantitative analysis of AAHP algorithm,it is concluded that Qingdao has firmly grasped cross-border e-commerce,actively broke through the Internet finance,innovated and created the development path of tourism e-commerce,and achieved certain results.As a development model of e-commerce exchange market,it provides referential and replicable experience for other regions.
