摘　　要：四妙勇安汤作为治疗热毒性脱疽的著名古方,在现代临床研究中多用于治疗周围血管性疾病。本人通过古文献及现代文献研究资料对四妙勇安汤的组方药味、现代临床应用进行总结,希望为以后该方的研究工作提供参考。As a well-known ancient prescription for the treatment of gangrene due to heat toxicity,Simiao Yong’an Decoction is widely used in the treatment of peripheral vascular diseases in modern clinical researches.This article studied the prescriptions and modern clinical practice of Simiao Yong’an Decoction by ancient and modern literature research data.It provided reference for the research work of Simiao Yong’an Decoction in the future.
