祛瘀生肌洗方联合负压封闭引流技术治疗臁疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察祛瘀生肌洗方联合负压封闭引流技术(VSD)治疗臁疮的临床疗效。方法:将57例臁疮患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组29例,对照组为28例,对照组予以负压封闭引流技术,治疗组在对照组的基础上加予祛瘀生肌洗方行中药熏洗,两组治疗时间均为3个月,比较两组的临床疗效、主观症状指标评分、客观症状指标评分。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后各项主观症状评分、客观症状评分均较前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中均未出现不良反应,用药安全可靠。结论:祛瘀生肌洗方联合负压封闭引流技术能够减轻创面水肿、疼痛、渗出等症状,有效促进愈合,进一步提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Quyu Shengji Fumigation combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of ecthyma.Methods:57 cases of of ecthyma were randomly divided into the control group(n=28)and the treatment group(n=29).The control group was treated with VSD;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Quyu Shengji Fumigation.After three months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,subjective symptom scores,objective symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was obviously higher in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The subjective symptom scores and objective symptom scores were significantly reduced in the two groups after the treatment(P<0.05),and the reductions were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:Quyu Shengji Fumigation combined with VSD can reduce the edema,pain and exudation of the wound,it can promote granulation tissue growth and effectively improve clinical efficacy in the treatment of ecthyma.
