摘 要:为进一步提高铁路集装箱利用率,丰富铁路集装箱信息化运转调度方式,在进行铁路集装箱多式联运调度分析基础上,针对铁路集装箱多式联运运转调度存在的铁路集装箱空箱利用率较低、铁路集装箱费用较高、铁路集装箱站回送时限较短以及回送站限制等问题,从到站重去重回信息化调度服务平台、到站重去空回信息化调度服务平台、发站待装箱信息化调度服务平台3个方面构建铁路集装箱多式联运信息化调度服务平台,以加快铁路与公路区域内信息共享,减少铁路集装箱空箱回送率及成本,提高铁路集装箱运转效率。To further improve the railway container use and the methods to operate and schedule the containers with the information technologies,based on an analysis of the railway container intermodal transport scheduling,this paper has summarized the following problems:low utilization rate of the empty containers,high charges,limited returning time for containers and many restrictions on the stations to handle the returned containers.To address these problems,this paper has put forward a scheduling platform of railway container intermodal transport supported by information technologies with 3 major functions:loaded departures and loaded arrivals at the arrival stations,loaded departures and unloaded arrivals at the arrival stations and to-be-loaded departures at the departure stations,which is expected to improve the operation efficiency by speeding up regional information sharing between the railway and road sectors and cut down the occurrence of returning empty containers and the transport costs.
