雌激素的中药药性

摘　　要：雌激素在生殖内分泌疾病的治疗中应用广泛,其适合剂量、疗效及副作用因人而异。以雌激素的生理药理作用为基础,从性、味、归经、升降浮沉及有无毒性五个方面分析雌激素的中药药性,认为雌激素具有滋补肾阴功效,属寒凉药性,在五味应属甘苦,归肝、肾经,属沉降药,合理选用雌激素制剂是安全无毒的。明确目标西药的中药药性可以实现根据证型不同而施治有别,有助于个体化治疗。Estrogen is used wildly in the treatment of reproductive endocrine diseases.However,the appropriate dosage,efficacy and side effects vary from person to person.On the base of the physiological and pharmacological effects of estrogen,the properties of estrogen in traditional Chinese medicine were analyzed from five aspects,such as taste,channel tropism,ascending-descending-floating-sinking and toxicity,then,it is believed that estrogen has the function of nourishing kidney-yin.Estrogen belongs to cold medicinal property,sweet and bitter taste,liver and kidney meridians,with the function of descending and sinking.Rational application of estrogen preparation is safe and nontoxic.To clarify the traditional Chinese medicine property of the target western medicine,each patient can be treated differently according to different traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,it is helpful for individualized treatment.
