体位护理干预对视网膜脱离患者功能复位效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨体位护理干预对视网膜脱离患者功能复位效果的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年7月~2018年5月我院收治的92例视网膜脱离患者的临床资料,将2016年7月~2017年6月接受常规护理的46例患者设为对照组,2017年7月~2018年5月常规护理的基础上实施体位护理的46例患者设为观察组。比较两组患者的功能复位成功率、并发症总发生率、心理状态变化情况及护理总满意度。结果观察组患者的功能复位成功率及护理总满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于护理前,且观察组患者的SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对视网膜脱离患者实施体位护理干预,能有效促进视网膜功能复位及心理状态改善,同时减少并发症的发生,有利于进一步提高其对护理工作满意度。Objective To investigate the influence of posture nursing intervention on functional reduction effect in patients with retinal detachment.Methods The clinical data of 92 patients with retinal detachment admitted in our hospital from July 2016 to May 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.A total of 46 patients with routine nursing from July 2016 to June 2017 were taken as control group,and 46 patients with posture nursing based on routine nursing from July 2017 to May 2018 were taken as observation group.The success rate of functional reduction,the total incidence of complications,the change of psychological status and the total satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of functional reduction and total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)of patients in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Posture nursing intervention for patients with retinal detachment can effectively promote reduction of retinal function,improve mental state,reduce complications,and increase nursing satisfaction.
