摘  要:为比较鸡传染性法氏囊病三价活疫苗种毒毒株之间的抗原差异性,将CA株、CF株和B87株分别以104.0ELD50/0.1 mL、103.0ELD50/0.1 mL和104.0ELD50/0.1 mL免疫3周龄SPF鸡制备单特异血清。用制备的三种单特异血清与三株病毒进行交叉中和试验,根据中和试验结果计算三个毒株之间的R值均低于0.4;设计引物扩增VP2片段,对3个毒株进行序列比对并构建系统发育树,表明3个毒株的VP2片段处于不同分支,且特征性氨基酸位点存在明显差异。结果表明:IBDV-CA、CF和B87毒株之间的抗原性具有较大的差异性,三个毒株属于不同的血清亚型。To compare the antigenic differences among the three live vaccine strains of infectious bursal disease, CA strain, CF strain and B87 strain were administered to 3-week-age SPF chickens with 104.0ELD50/0.1 m L, 103.0ELD50/0.1 mL and 104.0ELD50/0.1 mL respectively, to prepare single-specific serum, then cross neutralization tests were conducted using the monospecific serums and the strains. The neutralization tests showed the R values among the three strains were all lower than 0.4. Meanwhile, primers were designed to amplify VP2 fragments, sequence alignment of the three strains was conducted, and phylogenetic trees were constructed. VP2 fragments of the three strains were in different branches,and there were significant differences in characteristic amino acids. The results showed that the antigenicity of IBDV-CA,CF and B87 strains was significantly different, and the three strains belonged to different serum subtypes.
