摘 要:采用熔盐电解法,以SiO2粉末为阴极原料、等摩尔比的CaCl2-NaCl混合熔盐为电解质、石墨棒为电解阳极,在700℃、1.8V槽电压下,经过5h电解后,制备得到数微米长、200nm宽的硅纳米线。讨论了电解质对阴极原料SiO2的影响。在700℃的熔盐中浸泡2h后,原料物相并未改变,而微观形貌由最初的类球形颗粒转变成彼此相连的网状或泡沫状多孔体。SiO2在电解过程中生成中间产物CaSiO3,CaSiO3进一步电解后,生成成了单质硅。Nanosized silicon with several micrometers in length and 200nm in width was synthesized by molten salt electrolysis method at 700℃ under cell voltage of 1.8V for 5happlying SiO2 powder as cathode raw material,equimolar CaCl2-NaCl mixed molten salt as electrolyte and graphite rod as anode.Effect of molten salt on cathode raw SiO2 was investigated.After rinsed in molten salt for 2h at 700℃,raw material SiO2 is characterized by XRD and SEM.The results suggest that phase of raw material is unchanged but morphology has been converted from initial spheroidal particles to inter-linked network and porous structure.During electrolysis of SiO2,intermediate CaSiO3 is produced,which is further electrolyzed for final formation of metallic silicon.
