摘  要:回归20年来,澳门高等教育的规模与结构实现了跨越式发展。回顾澳门高等教育的变化历程,可以发现澳门高等教育在管理体制、办学空间、师资水平、课程门类和办学结构等方面取得了较大成就。与此同时,也呈现出外地招生规模受限、本地生源流失严重、课程结构失衡、整体质量水平偏低等问题。在新时代粤港澳大湾区建设背景下,澳门高等教育还需通过拓宽招生来源与结构、扩大高等教育规模,打造高等教育学科特色、促进课程结构多元化发展,深化高校管理体制改革、提升高等教育办学效益,破除传统思想制度壁垒、完善高教相关制度机制等途径提高高等教育质量,以促进高等教育可持续发展。Since the reunification of the past 20 years,the scale and structure of Macao's higher education has achieved leapfrog development.By reviewing the changes in Macao's higher education,we can find that Macao's higher education has made great achievements in management system,school space,teacher level,the types of courses and the structure of running schools.At the same time,in the process of development,there are some problems,such as the limited scale of foreign enrollment,the serious loss of local students,the imbalance of curriculum structure,the low overall quality level and so on.Under the background of the new era of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,Macao's higher education also needs to broaden the source and structure of enrollment,expand the scale of higher education,build the characteristics of higher education disciplines,promote the diversified development of curriculum structure,deepen the reform of the management system of colleges and universities,improve the efficiency of higher education,and break down the traditional ideological and institutional barriers.Improve the system mechanism of higher education and other ways to improve the quality of higher education,so as to promote the far-reaching and long-term development of higher education.
