摘 要:鞭毛是微生物的重要结构,对微生物分类有十分重要的作用。由于鞭毛细小,必须借助染色方法才能观察。目前,鞭毛染色的方法虽然较多,但在一般试验条件下进行观察仍有困难。本文在总结各种鞭毛染色方法的基础上,经反复试验,基本摸索出一套在一般试验条件下便能成功获得较好染色效果的方法和操作技术。An important structure of microorganisms is flagellum,which plays a key role in microbial classification.Because of its small slender in size,it is necessary to observe flagella by specific staining methods.At present,although several conventional flagellum staining methods have been proposed,there are still many difficulties to carry out its observation under general experimental situation.On the basis of summarizing various flagellum dyeing methods in this article and through multiple repeated experiments,basically a set of optimal dyeing method and operative technique that can obtain a successful staining result in identification of flagella under general test conditions has been explored.
