摘　　要：以兰州市某通过绿色居住建筑验收的精装房住宅小区为研究对象,对甲醛、氨、苯、TVOC四种室内主要污染物质进行检测,通过与国家标准进行对比,分析了不同功能房间内各类污染物浓度的分布情况,并且应用综合污染指数法,对检测的25套住宅的空气质量进行了评价,得出部分住宅存在不同程度的污染。Taking a well-decorated residential district that has passed the green residential building acceptance in Lanzhou city as the research object,the study focused on formaldehyde,ammonia,benzene,TVOC four kinds of main pollutants in indoor test.By comparing with the national standard,the concentration distribution of various pollutants in different functional rooms was analyzed,and the comprehensive pollution index method was applied to evaluate the air quality of 25 houses tested.
