摘 要:本文详细报道了以甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯为氟改性剂,以二乙烯基苯为交联剂的氟丙树脂溶液聚合工艺,研究了不同工艺下的氟碳树脂性能,通过红外光谱确定树脂为交联型氟改性丙烯酸树脂,该树脂具有常温挥发干燥特性,具有优异耐酸、碱、盐、水等综合性能,SEM电镜表明成膜性好,热重分析表明涂层耐高温,可以在400℃下长期使用。This paper reported in detail the solution polymerization process of fluorine-modified acrylic resin with trifluoroethyl methacrylate as fluorine modifier and divinylbenzene as crosslinking agent.The properties of fluorocarbon resin under different processes were studied.FT-IR showed that the resin had been copolymerized and crosslinked.The resins had the characteristics of volatile drying film formation at room temperature.The coating had the excellent properties of acid resistance,alkali resistance,salt and water resistance,etc.It can be seen from SEM that the resin has perfect film.Thermogravimetric analysis showed that the coatings were resistant to high temperature and could be used for a long time under 400℃.
