摘　　要：针对当前卫生陶瓷行业系统化绿色设计思维和绿色设计相关标准缺失等问题,本文基于全生命周期理论,通过对产品原材料、结构设计、生产制造、包装运输、使用和回收利用等生命周期内各个阶段识别、诊断和分析研究,从资源、环境、健康与安全四大维度出发构建出产品绿色设计过程及其要点,为产品开发人员提供系统性绿色设计指导,降低产品生命周期内对环境的影响,推动产业绿色化高质量发展。In view of the current problems of sanitary ceramics industry,such as the lack of systematic thinking of green design and the lack of related standards of green design,through the analysis and study of the product life cycle stages based on the perspective of life cycle,considering the resources,environment,health and safety and other relevant factors,to build the green product design process and its key points,to provide systematic guidance for green design personnel,to reduce the product life cycle environmental impact,further promoting the development of green industry.
