摘　　要：为进一步提高个性化定制的自动分拣设备用户满意度,提出一种基于AHP(层次分析法)和QFD(质量功能展开)的自动分拣设备质量评估方法。以P公司自动分拣设备定制为例,应用AHP确定各项用户需求权重,结合与用户需求相对应的质量特性,运用QFD工具构建质量屋,根据质量屋数据对P公司和K公司自动分拣设备进行对比分析,最后得出P公司自动分拣设备质量改进方向。In this article,a method for quality evaluation of the personalized and customized automatic sorting equipment based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process)and QFD(quality function deployment)is proposed,in order to further improve the user satisfaction.With the customization of P Company’s automatic sorting equipment as an example,the weight of each user demand is identified by AHP.In combination with the quality characteristics corresponding to the user demand,the house of quality is worked out by QFD.According to the data on the house of quality,the comparative analysis is conducted on the automatic sorting equipment of P Company and K Company.Finally,the suggestions on quality improvement of P Company’s automatic sorting equipment are proposed.
