摘 要:起重机作为钢铁冶炼厂房高温铁水包主要搬运设备,工作过程中铁水包偏摆特性分析显得尤为重要。针对铁水包运输过程铁水包摆动问题,建立其偏摆非线性系统模型,基于SIMULINK研究了主小车位置、铁水包起升高度及钢丝绳倍率对系统偏摆特性的影响。研究结果表明,主小车位置对钢丝绳变形和摆角具有显著影响,靠近于桥架端部,二者衰减至稳定值所需时间较长;起升高度对铁水包运输过程偏摆特性时间历程的影响不大,而决定了响应频率;钢丝绳倍率越小,钢丝绳系统振动越明显。研究结果有助于铸造起重机操作规范制定及偏摆控制策略选取,也可为其设计与制造提供参考。Crane is the main transportation equipment of high-temperature iron melt ladle in the steel smelting plant.It is very important to analyze the iron melt ladle’s deflection characteristics during the working process.As for the ladle oscillation during the transportation process,a non-linear dynamic model is set up.The influence of the position of the main trolley,the height when the ladle is raised and the wire rope’s ratio on the system’s deflection characteristics is explored based on SIMULINK.The results show that the position of the main trolley has a significant effect on the deformation of the wire rope and swing angle.It takes a long time to decay to the stable value when the trolley is near the end of the bridge.The height when the ladle is raised has little effect on the swing characteristic of the casting crane’s iron melt ladle in the transportation process,but determines the response frequency.The smaller the wire rope’s ratio is,the more obvious the vibration of the wire rope system is.These results are helpful for formulating the operation-related standards and selecting the control strategies for casting crane.Besides,they provide reference for the design and manufacturing of casting crane.
