摘  要:通过引入TRIZ物质-场方法,解决人机交互过程中与用户注意力相关的感官交互问题。提出面向注意力的感官交互物质-场产品创新方法与流程,并将标准解内容转述为适用于解决感官交互问题的感官交互标准解。以送餐驾驶系统改进设计为例,通过对用户注意力分析,得出驾驶系统中的感官交互问题,使用感官交互物质-场模型分析问题,参考感官交互标准解获得多种求解方案,最后根据平静技术对方案进行评价并得出最佳方案。研究结果表明:将物质-场方法应用于感官交互问题的研究中,有助于面向注意力的感官交互问题向TRIZ一般问题转化和解决。The sensory interaction problem related to user attention during interaction process was solved by introducing Sufield method of TRIZ.The sensory interaction Su-field product innovation method oriented to attention and process was proposed,and the standard solution content was described as the sensory interaction standard solution suitable for solving the sensory interaction problem.The improvement of meal delivery system was taken as an example to obatin sensory interaction problem through the analysis of user attention in the driving system.The sensory interaction Su-field model was used to analyze that problem.A variety of solutions were obtained according to sensory interaction standard solution.Finally,the optimal solution was obtained through the scheme evaluation with Calm technology.The research demonstrated that the application of Su-field method to the study of sensory interaction issues could help to transform attention-oriented sensory interaction issues into general issues of TRIZ and solve the issues.
