摘 要:采用Aspen Plus软件建立了羊八井双螺杆膨胀机组热力系统模型,根据机组实际运行情况进行了模拟计算,对羊八井双螺杆膨胀机组进行了[火用]损失分析。羊八井双螺杆机组[火用]损失比较大的部件包括管网、扩容器、膨胀机、膨胀机排汽和尾水排放,全厂[火用]效率为9. 22%,热效率为2. 06%。针对井口汽源进行减温减压,地热水巨大的做功潜力被极大浪费的问题,提出了深层井地热驱动ORC系统流程,建立了羊八井深层井地热驱动ORC系统模拟程序,并进行了模拟计算,结果表明,有机朗肯循环能有效降低[火用]损失,提高发电效率。Aspen Plus software is used to establish the model of the screw expander power plant in Yangbajing. The running situation of the screw expander power plant is simulated. Based on the established simulation program,exergy loss of the screw expander power plant is analyzed. It is found that the exergy loss in the pipe network,the expansion vessels,the expander,and the tail water discharge is larger than other parts of the screw expander power plant. The total exergy efficiency of the screw expander power plant is 9.22%. The total thermal efficiency is 2.06%. For the problem of temperature and pressure reduction at the wellhead,the scheme of ORC system was proposed,and model Model of ORC system was established and simulated. As a result,the system efficiency can be effectively improved.
