全程护理干预在腰椎前路植骨融合手术患者中的应用与效果评价

摘　　要：目的全程护理干预在腰椎前路植骨融合手术患者中的应用效果.方法将50例患者按住院时间段分组,对照组24例患者实施常规围手术期护理,观察组26例患者在常规的护理基础上实施全程护理干预.比较两组患者术前等待时间、术后相关的并发症(包括术后24h、术后3d疼痛评分、术后24h双下肢肌力下降发现率、术后3d融合器移位率)、术后首次下床活动时间、住院时间、住院费用、患者满意度.结果观察组患者术前等待时间、术后首次下床活动时间早于对照组、术后24h、3d疼痛评分、住院时间、住院费用均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;术后3d融合器移位率为0,观察组术后24h双下肢肌力下降发现率、患者的满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义.结论腰椎前路植骨融合手术患者应用全程护理管理,有利于减少患者术后并发症,促进患者康复,提高患者的满意度.Objective To apply the effect of whole-course nursing intervention in patients with lumbar anterior bone graft fusion surgery.Methods Fifty patients were divided into hospitalized time periods.24 patients in the control group underwent routine perioperative care.26 patients in the observation group underwent full-course nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.Thc preoperative waiting time and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups(including postoperative 24h,postoperative 3d pain score,postoperative 24h lower limb muscle strength reduction rate,postoperative 3d cage shift rate),postoperative first time to get out of bed,hospital stay,hospitalization expenses,patient satisfaction.Results The waiting time of the patients in the observation group and the time of the first time to get out of bed after the operation were earlier than the control group.The postoperative 24h,postoperative 3d pain score,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant.The postoperative 3d cage shift rate was O.The observation rate of postoperative 24h lower limb muscle strength reduction and patient satisfaction were higher in the observation group.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of full-course nursing management in patients with lumbar anterior fusion surgery is beneficial to reduce postoperative complications,promote rehabilitation and improve patient satisfaction.
