摘　　要：介绍全国名老中医吴旭教授"通督温阳"法治疗卵巢储备功能低下性月经病经验。具体从吴旭教授的学术流派、卵巢储备功能低下性月经病的中西医概况、"通督温阳"法的具体内涵及指导意义、临证病案分析等方面进行阐述,值得临床进一步借鉴和推广。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor WU Xu who has treated emmeniopathy due to diminished ovarian reserve with "dredging governor vessel and warming Yang" theory. Elaborating on the aspect of the academic school of the Professor WU Xu, the general situation of Chinese and Western Medicine about emmeniopathy due to diminished ovarian reserve, the specific connotation and guiding significance about the theory of "dredging governor vessel and warming Yang", the analysis of clinical case. It is worthy of further reference and promotion in clinical practice.
