摘　　要：慢性盆腔炎是妇科常见疾病。中医认为,慢性盆腔炎属"妇人腹痛"、"带下病"、"癥瘕"、"不孕"等范畴,具有病程较长、反复发作等特点,若不及时治疗或治疗不彻底可导致月经失调、异位妊娠、不孕症等发生。高月平教授认为慢性盆腔炎病因多为经期、产后胞脉空虚,湿热内侵,正不胜邪;或急性期治疗不当或不彻底,余邪未尽,客于胞中,寒凝经脉,气机不畅所致。可分为气滞血瘀型、湿热瘀阻型及寒湿瘀阻型三种证型,运用高氏经验方清经导滞汤加减改善患者症状,同时指导患者饮食和机体锻炼,并进行情志护理,以减轻不良情绪,促进疗效,减少复发,进而提高患者生活质量。Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is a common gynecological disease. According to traditional Chinese medicine, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease falls into the categories of "woman’s abdominal pain", "minor disease", "syndrome" and "infertility". Has the disease course to be long, the repeated attack and so on the characteristic, if does not treat in time or the treatment is not thorough may cause the menstruation maladjustment, the ectopic pregnancy, the infertility and so on occurrence. Professor GONG Shihua believes that the etiology of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is mainly due to menstrual period and postpartum cellular vein emptiness, internal invasion of damp and heat, and excessive pathogenic factors. Or acute treatment improper or incomplete, residual evil is not exhausted, guest in the uterus, cold coagulation meridian, Qi stagnation. It can be divided into three types of syndromes:Qi stagnation and blood stasis type, dampness and heat stasis type and cold and dampness and blood stasis type. The author applies SONG’s experience formula Qingjing Daojizhi Decoction to improve the symptoms of patients, and at the same time guides the patients to diet and exercise, and carry out emotional nursing, so as to reduce bad mood, promote curative effect, reduce recurrence, and improve the quality of life of patients.
