古方控涎丹治疗癌性咳嗽临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察古方控涎丹对癌性咳嗽的临床效率。方法:选取2016年4月~2018年4月我院肿瘤科收治的74例癌症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数法分为对照组(34例)给予磷酸可待因片进行治疗;观察组(38例)给予古方控涎丹进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗后临床效率。结果:两组患者治疗后咳嗽积分、中医证候积分均有降低,且观察组降低水平显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗后卡氏评分均有升高,且观察组升高水平更为显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组临床总有效率89.74%显著高于对照组70.59%,不良反应率0.00%显著低于对照组11.76%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:古方控涎丹临床疗效确切,能有效缓解癌性咳嗽症状,且无明显副反应,安全可靠,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the clinical efficiency of using Ancient Prescriptions Kongyan Pellet in the treatment of cancerous cough. Methods:A total of 74 cancer patients admitted in our department of oncology between April 2016 and April 2018 were divided into controlled group(34 cases, Codeine Phosphate Tablets) and observation group(38 cases, Ancient Prescriptions Kongyan Pellet) according to the random number method. The clinical efficiency of the two groups was observed after treatment. Results:The scores of cough and TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower after treatment, and the decrease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P>0.05). The KPS of the two groups was increased after treatment, and the increase of the observation group was more significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(89.74% vs. 70.59%), and the adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than the controlled group(0.00% vs. 11.76%, P<0.05). Conclusions:Ancient Prescriptions Kongyan Pellet has clinical curative effect, can effectively alleviate the symptoms of cancerous cough, no obvious side effects, which is safe and reliable and worthy of clinical application.
