中药汤剂配合植物制剂治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药汤剂配合植物制剂治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年6月~2018年1月男科就诊的56例ⅢB型前列腺炎患者,并用随机数字法将其随机分为对照组(植物制剂治疗)、观察组(在对照组的基础上联合中药汤剂治疗)各28例;根据美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)对两组患者治疗前、后的排尿症状、疼痛症状和对生活质量的影响进行评估;比较两组患者治疗前、后的前列腺液(EPS)中细胞因子水平变化;统计临床治疗效果。结果:对照组的总治疗有效率为71.43%低于观察组的85.71%(P<0.05);对照组治疗后排尿症状、疼痛症状和对生活质量的影响三项评分高于观察组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组EPS中细胞因子IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-17A、TNF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂配合植物制剂治疗ⅢB型前列腺炎疗效显著,能够显著缓解临床症状和EPS细胞因子水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) decoction combined with plant preparations for IIIB type prostatitis. Methods:A total of 56 patients with IIIB type prostatitis who were admitted to Department of Andrology of the hospital from June 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into controlled group(plant preparations treatment) and observation group(TCM decoction combined with plant preparations) by random number table method, 28 cases in each group. The NIH-chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI) was performed to evaluate urination symptoms, pain symptoms and effects on quality of life in both groups before and after treatment. The changes in cytokines levels in prostatic fluid(EPS) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The clinical curative effect at the end of treatment were statistically analyzed. Results:The total response rate of treatment in the controlled group was lower than that in the observation group(71.43% vs 85.71%)(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of urination symptoms, pain symptoms and effects on quality of life in the controlled group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05). After treatment, cytokines levels(IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-17 A and TNF)in EPS of the controlled group were higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The curative effect of TCM decoction combined with plant preparations is significant on IIIB type prostatitis, which can significantly alleviate clinical symptoms and cytokines levels in EPS.
