手术结合中药针灸辨证施治对胸腰段椎体骨折合并脊髓损伤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察手术结合中药针灸辨证施治对胸腰段椎体骨折合并脊髓损伤的效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的胸腰段椎体骨折合并脊髓损伤患者50例,随机分为两组,对照组进行治疗,研究组进行手术结合中药针灸辨证施治。比较两组患者疗效、疼痛程度、脊髓神经功能恢复情况。结果:研究组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疼痛程度小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组脊髓神经功能高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胸腰段椎体骨折合并脊髓损伤治疗中,手术结合中药针灸辨证施治的疗效显著,应该在临床上多加广泛推广与应用。Objective:To explore the effect of operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion on thoracolumbar vertebral fracture with spinal cord injury. Methods:Fifty patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fracture complicated with spinal cord injury were randomly divided into two groups, the controlled group was treated, and the research group was treated by operation combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion. The curative effect, degree of pain and recovery of spinal nerve function were compared between the two groups. Results:The curative effect of the study group was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). The pain degree of the study group was less than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). The spinal nerve function of the study group was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fracture combined with spinal cord injury, operation combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment based on syndrome differentiation has a significant effect, which should be widely promoted and applied in clinic.
